CWA Event Cancellation Policies

2024 CWA Summit General Refund Policy

Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 12th, 2024. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled. 

If you cancel your registration prior to February 16th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 16th but before April 12th, 2024, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited.

No refunds after April 12th, 2024, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA. 

2024 CWA Summit Covid-19 Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable attending the conference and attend only if you are feeling well. If you need to cancel your registration due to a COVID-19 diagnosis, we will issue a partial refund. In the event that an attendee receives a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 between May 10th and 15th, 2024, they will be eligible for a 75% refund. The CWA cannot refund any out-of-pocket expenses stemming from a COVID-19 diagnosis, including, but not limited to, transportation, lodging, or meals.

Climbing Wall Instructor Course Refund Policy

  • Refund request 30 in advance of the start date, 95% of total course cost is given.
  • Refund request 14 in advance of the start date, 75% of the total course cost is given.
  • Refund requests within 14 days of the start date, are reviewed and at the discretion of the organization.
