CWA Event Cancellation Policies

2025 CWA Summit General Refund Policy

Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing via email to the CWA no later than March 12th, 2025. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

If you cancel your registration prior to January 15th, 2025, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 16th but before March 12th, 2025, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited.

No refunds after March 12th, 2025, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA. Please reach out to events@cwapro.org to request refunds.

Climbing Wall Instructor Course Refund Policy

  • Refund request 30 in advance of the start date, 95% of total course cost is given.
  • Refund request 14 in advance of the start date, 75% of the total course cost is given.
  • Refund requests within 14 days of the start date, are reviewed and at the discretion of the organization.
