CWA Summit Cancellation Policy
General Refund Policy
Registration fees for the CWA Summit are not transferable to persons outside of your organization or to subsequent events. Requests for cancellations or transfers must be made in writing to the CWA no later than April 11th, 2023. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
If you cancel your registration prior to February 15th, 2023, you may be entitled to a 95% refund of your conference registration payment. If you cancel your registration after February 15th but before April 11th, 2023, you may be entitled to a 75% refund of your conference registration payment. Pre-conference fees will be forfeited.
No refunds after April 11th, 2023, and no refunds for no-shows, unless approved in writing by the CWA.
COVID-19 Refund Policy
We want you to feel comfortable attending the conference and attend only if you are feeling well. If you need to cancel your registration due to a COVID-19 diagnosis, we will issue a partial refund. In the event that an attendee receives a positive diagnosis of COVID-19 between May 4th and 17th, 2023, they will be eligible for a 75% refund. The CWA cannot refund any out-of-pocket expenses stemming from a COVID-19 diagnosis, including, but not limited to, transportation, lodging, or meals.
