The CWI Provider Renewal course re-asseses candidates ability to do the following:
- Assess technical climbing skills
- Assess interpersonal skills
- Assess risk management knowledge and skills
- Coach CWI Candidates to be exemplary Climbing Wall Instructors

Make sure you are within plus or minus 6 months from your CWI Provider expiration date.

Steps to renew your CWI Provider Certification
There are no grace periods given for the below assignments.
- Complete online lessons
- Complete an online quiz with a score of at least 80%
- Attend virtual meetings with your Provider
REFUND POLICY
- Refund request 30 days in advance of the start date, 95% of total course cost is given.
- Refund request 14 days in advance of the start date, 75% of the total course cost is given.
- Refund requests within 14 days of the start date, are reviewed and at the discretion of the organization.
PREREQUISITES*
- Current CWA CWI Provider Certification
Key Dates
- January 12th: Online Course Opens
- Mandatory Virtual classroom calls
- January 19th, 10am-12pm MT
- January 22nd, 10am-12pm MT
- February 2nd, 10am-12pm MT
- February 9th-13th: Attend your personally scheduled exit interview with your course provider
