She’s taught search and rescue teams, led alpine climbing groups, and now collaborates with industry professionals to bring highly effective training into climbing gyms.
• Jeff Jaramillo, Head of Education, WeighMyRack & Mentor: Jeff has lived many lives, all of them with a strong theme of creating systems and promoting education. After years of embedding himself further and further into the climbing industry, Jeff has been the resident Trad-Dad and Head of Education at WeighMyRack since 2020.
