Will Jorgensen: Will is the CWA Program Manager for Monument Sports. Will was first introduced to climbing on his journey to earn Eagle Scout and hasn’t looked back. He was an Academic All-Conference Soccer Player at Ferrum College, and spent his weekends climbing in the backwoods of Virginia & North Carolina. Will completed his MBA at Ohio University where he also completed a Master of Business Analytics. Will works directly with climbing gym members of the Climbing Wall Association to help them secure insurance coverage and implement risk management policies and procedures. He attends national conferences each year and helps to conduct insurance seminars that focus on risk management, claim prevention, and sports-specific insurance coverage for new and existing businesses.

Dan Francis: Dan is the Assistant Programs Manager for the Monument Sports Group. Dan has been climbing for over 20 years and has operated climbing gyms for over a decade. He has worked in a variety of roles, from party staff, front desk, and up to operator. He is now an insurance professional who leverages his experience in climbing gym operations to support climbing gyms in their understanding of insurance and risk management. He also thinks the best climber out there is the one having the most fun.
