Speaker Information

• Sharlee Strebel, Membership & Compliance Director, USA Climbing: I joined USA Climbing in 2019 and currently serve as the Membership and Compliance Director. In this role, I oversee membership management and account administration for all USA Climbing members, as well as all aspects of SafeSport compliance. My responsibilities include creating and updating policies, investigating claims of emotional and physical misconduct and MAAPP violations, and completing five consecutive fully implemented audits in accordance with the U.S. Center for SafeSport requirements. 

• Jessica Doriot - Senior Compliance Development Manager, USA Climbing: Jessica Doriot joined the Center in 2019. Before joining SafeSport, Jessica worked for the NCAA in the enforcement department, assisting in investigations of NCAA rules violations, and as a litigation paralegal for a mass tort litigation law firm whose primary focus was on helping victims who had exposure to asbestos. Jessica has a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis.
