After more than a decade working in U.S. climbing gyms — from coaching to operations and supporting new gym openings — Tilde understands firsthand the realities of running and growing a climbing facility.

Activate your Member Profile
Ensure your primary contact and organization details are up-to-date so you receive the right resources and communications. This is likely already complete from when you signed up but please double check.

Add your Team and Inform them of Benefits

Join a Virtual Member Orientation
Get a guided tour of your membership and ask questions live with our Membership Manager, Tilde Bombardo. Learn how to get started with everything and where to find the most valuable resources for your role and gym type. This orientation is open to any of your team members and is offered monthly with the first one kicking off June 2026!
