ATTENTION: New Provider process
You need to complete your Provider Update course by August 1, 2023
Please make sure you have completed the following:
- The Provider Update
- Reviewed the NEW CWI Program Policy Manual
- Reviewed the NEW Assessment Tools for each CWI Level
- Collected candidates, first and last name, confirmed the candidate meets the prerequisite age requirement and email*
- If these steps have not been completed, you will not be able to enroll your candidates.
- With these steps completed, you are ready to upload your CWI candidates and create the course for them to complete for their certification requirement.
- *Please confirm the email you use to register the candidate.
- The CWA will use the email provided to communicate with the candidate and give the candidate access to their course work and certificates earned with the CWA.

If they do not see the email, they can go to https://hub.cwapro.org, use their email as a username and follow the steps to reset their password.
