Organizations can develop in-house CWA Providers across certification programs, making it easier and more cost-effective to deliver training internally while building long-term expertise within their teams.

In-house CWA Providers can deliver certification courses directly to their staff, reducing travel expenses, scheduling challenges, and overall training costs. CWA member facilities can also deliver the CWI Level 1 course to their staff at no additional cost, making it easier to onboard new employees and maintain consistent training standards.

By centralizing educational resources, certification materials, and operational guidance, the Hub helps reduce administrative time while ensuring staff and Providers have access to current information and consistent training materials.
